Tips to a healthier lifestyle

In this blog post i am going to be sharing some tips on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle! This first tip is for the people that are always wanting something to snack on, or for the people that eat when they are bored. I am for sure one of those people, so i understand that it is hard not to. Having a cup of tea always by you to sip on is a great substitute. You can choose your flavor, and its low in calories. My second tip would be to drink as much water as  you can. I know this tip is told all of the time, but it is true! There are endless benefits to drinking water. Some include- improves skin, faster metabolism, flushes out toxins,  promotes weight loss (if that is your goal, I'm not implying it should be), boosts immune system, increases energy, and so much more!  water can make a huge difference in your life.  My third tip is to start the day with a big, healthy breakfast. New York City

One of my favorite things is travel, so i thought why not start to share my experience. One of my favorite places is for sure NYC. (if you don't know who I'm talking about, you have probably seen her in the movie Hocus Pocus.)...

Coping skills against stress and anxiety

As soon as i started 6th grade, I had bad anxiety that was always weighing me down. In high school, (or life in general), everyone has stress at one point or another. I thought this blog is a good space to share my life and hardships, because no one is alone and its always good to get reassurance and tips from people in the same boat. Here are some things i use to cope with anxiety and stress.        Taking time for yourself is important to relax yourself. I'm talking little things throughout the day that can make a big change. For example, going outside for a long walk, admiring everything around you, and just taking time to breathe, will make you appreciate the life you have. One of my favorite things to do is lighting candles, playing music on the softer side, and writing. Whatever works for you, maybe thats reading, sketching or even just laying there. There is a lot of beautiful things in life, there is more to watching netflix 8 hours a nig...
